GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
Official languages: oral presentations and posters may be given in Slovenian or English. If the presentation (oral or poster) is in English, abstract in English is sufficient, but if the presentation is in Slovenian, please provide the abstract in both Slovenian and English.
Please prepare the abstracts in Word and send it to ses6@famnit.upr.siwhen you complete the registration. The format for the abstracts is the following:

A template of abstract can be found here. Please note that abstracts will be returned for formatting if they do not conform to the above format. The Scientific Committee will evaluate each abstract and contact the authors if corrections are needed.
IMPORTANT:
Speakers of all sessions are expected to respect the time limit of a communication which will be indicated in the program. Power point presentation must be deposited to symposium attendance at the beginning of each session.
Posters should be printed in the A0 Format (Width – horizontal: 90 cm and Length – vertical: 120 cm). They will be fixed on easels.
REGISTRATION FEE:
Registration fee:50 € for the employed and in 25 € for students and pensioners
Deadline for payment of registration fee: 1. 7. 2023
The fee includes the Book of Abstracts, organization expenses and refreshment during coffee and lunch breaks.
Please register for the symposium by filling out the REGISTRATION FORM, send the abstract to the above specified e-mail and pay the registration fee as a transfer to the bank account provided below. If you are employed and the registration fee is covered by your institution, we will send the invoice to them.
